A two-day workshop entitled ‘Engage Yourself to Master English’ organized by Birgunj Public College (BPC) has concluded up successfully today.
The workshop was especially for the newly enrolled students in grade 11, particularly from various community schools of Nepali medium.
Santosh Kumar Karna, a veteran teacher, trainer, and tutor of English language facilitated the workshop at the campus premises. It aimed at apprising the students about the significance of upgrading their English competence while pursuing higher education and imparting the invigorating ways of learning and being better English communicator.
Having felt the students’ difficulties to cope with English medium class, the college conducted the workshop free of cost in the coordination of Binay Thakur, the lecturer of the college.
Mr Thakur also made conclusive remarks that such a workshop helps the students with a bit of poor base to boost up their interest, confidence and amend study to a bigger extent.
Dr. Deepak Shakya, the director of the college was also present on the occasion.
