With the introduction of Traffic Volunteers in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, the traffic management has been easy to some extent. During the office hours, vehicular movement is at a very slow pace because of the increase in number of means of transportation.
Higher level school children have been deployed along with the traffic police in order to facilitate the traffic management. In the picture shot at Sundhara Chowk, two traffic volunteers as written in their jackets are seen doing their duties.
