A man crossing the road carrying a sack of goods on his shoulder at Durga Hall Chow of Birgunj, Parsa after a slight rainfall on Tuesday. This is a common view that can be seen almost everywhere in Birgunj because of blockages in drainage systems, poor conditions of roads and unmanaged settlements due to negligence of Birgunj metropolis.
