The incessant and torrential rainfall for 6 days in Birgunj of Parsa district, Nepal has caused a havoc Birgunj and suburbs. The flooded scene in the picture, which was shot on 13 July, Saturday, is Adarshnagar, the centre of Birgunj, where local police have taken precaution by erecting barrier on the roads so that no serious harm is caused.
