No worries because returns are easy at Popularsys! We believe in customers’ happiness and long term relationship. We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please have patience without any tension when it takes a while to process your best returns.

General Return Policy:

We are pleased to offer a 30 day return policy. We kindly ask that you contact us prior to shipping your return/exchange to receive your return authorization number (RMA #). Please view our full return/exchange policy prior to purchasing any items.

The item must be returned in the original box, complete with all packaging materials and tags (if applicable.) Items returned for a refund will be less original shipping cost. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee and your replacement will be sent out free of charge. Buyer is responsible for sending back items. Please message us if you have any issues.

Please note that all underwear, toys and swimsuits are excluded from our returns policy. Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be discarded and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued regardless of condition or packaging. ​

Returns Policy

The Product may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils listed companies’ following conditions:

If the product,

  • delivered to you is in a damaged condition.
  • has missing of any parts or accessories of the product.
  • is different in size, shape, or color from what you ordered.
  • is different from its description on the product detail.

 

Please note that the products listed as “non-returnable” in accordance with the policy of the concerned product’s company or factory on the website or app page cannot be returned.

  • Products must be returned in their original state or seal, with price tags, manual, warranty cards if available, accessories and in the original box/ packaging as delivered to the Customer. We may reject the refund if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered (Customer’s mistake).

FAQs:
a. The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues cannot be returned. For details contact at office number (+977 9845024540) or mail us at info@popularsys.com.

Any product that has been used or the seal is broken does not qualify for a return or refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with original tags, billing and packaging.

  1. Products with quality problems

If a defect is noticed and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new product for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

  1. Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
  2. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  3. All in-the-box accessories and combos should be present.

 

Self-Return

  • A copy of invoice with the products description will be returned (include inside the package).
  • Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the package).

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact to one of our executive in customer service department.

* Refunds cannot be processed until and unless product reaches to its origin.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Popularsys website/app account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

Cancellation Policy:

For all products excluding Made-To-Order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.

For Made-To-Order products:

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for the delivery charge of the product.
  • Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
